We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated CRNA (Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist) to join our healthcare team.   • Job Type: Full-time - Various hours - All daytime hours
  • Pay: $160,000 – $285,000 per year

Responsibilities:
  1. Administer anesthesia to patients before, during, and after surgical procedures.
  2. Monitor patient vitals and adjust anesthesia levels as needed.
  3. Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and other healthcare professionals to develop individualized anesthesia plans.
  4. Perform pre-operative assessments and obtain informed consent from patients.
  5. Insert intravenous lines and administer medications as necessary.
  6. Monitor patient responses to anesthesia and make appropriate adjustments to ensure optimal pain management and patient comfort.
  7. Document all aspects of patient care accurately and timely using electronic medical record systems such as Cerner, Epic, or eClinical Works.
  8. Adhere to all HIPAA regulations to maintain patient confidentiality.
Skills:
  • Current certification as a Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA).
  • Proficient in venipuncture techniques for intravenous line placement.
  • Strong knowledge of acute care practices and patient management in a hospital setting.
  • Familiarity with electronic medical record systems such as Cerner, Epic, or eClinical Works.
  • Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with the surgical team and provide clear instructions to patients.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and make quick decisions in high-pressure situations.
  • Knowledge of sterile processing techniques for maintaining aseptic conditions in the operating room.
  • Expertise in acute pain management techniques.
