Job summary

Addison Group is seeking a Certified/Registered Medical Assistant for a direct hire opportunity with a highly reputable specialty practice in Charlotte, NC. This patient‑facing role offers variety and exposure across multiple providers and clinical workflows.

You will room patients, support procedures, relay lab results, update charts, process referrals and priors, with a focus on clear patient communication.

Qualifications

• Active CMA or RMA credential required.
• Minimum 2 years of recent Medical Assistant experience.
• Experience handling patient phone calls required.
• Ability to explain procedures, injections, and clinical instructions clearly.
• Experience in a specialty practice preferred.
• Familiarity with NextGen EMR preferred.

Responsibilities

• Room patients and assist providers during clinic visits.
• Support in-office procedures and clinical workflows.

Compensation: $22.00 – $25.00 per hour
