Job summary

Heartland ABA is seeking a Certified Registered Behavior Technician to empower children with Autism and support families in Missouri. We provide training to earn the RBT certification before delivering services in clients' homes and community settings.

This part-time role offers flexible scheduling, on-the-job coaching from a clinical team, and opportunities for career growth within a growing ABA practice.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Willingness to learn and a passion for making a difference in the lives of children with Autism.
• Patience, compassion, and the ability to remain calm in challenging situations.
• Must obtain RBT certification before providing services; training provided.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients using evidence-based interventions that promote independence and positive behavior.
• Serve as an integral member of our clinical team by directly implementing individualized skill-building programs and care plans.
• Accurately collect and record session data using electronic devices.
• Foster a positive, engaging learning environment for clients while building meaningful connections with their families.
