Job summary

Heartland ABA is seeking a part-time Certified Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to deliver one-on-one ABA therapy to children with Autism in clients' homes and community settings.

You will receive training to earn your RBT certification, with ongoing support from a dedicated clinical team. The role offers flexible hours and the chance to contribute to meaningful client outcomes while building your career in ABA therapy.

Qualifications

• Requires high school diploma or equivalent.
• Willingness to train and obtain RBT certification.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients using evidence-based interventions that promote independence and positive behavior.
• Serve as an integral member of our clinical team by directly implementing individualized skill-building programs and care plans.
