Heartland ABA is seeking dedicated individuals to provide one-on-one ABA services in clients’ homes in Missouri, offering part-time roles and paid training to earn RBT certification. You’ll join a supportive clinical team and help children with Autism through evidence-based interventions and data-driven progress tracking.

Early career or current RBT candidates are welcome; positions emphasize scheduling flexibility and ongoing professional growth within a collaborative ABA program.

Responsibilities:

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients using evidence-based interventions that promote independence and positive behavior.
• Serve as an integral member of our clinical team by directly implementing individualized skill-building programs and care plans.
• Accurately collect and record session data using electronic devices.
• Foster a positive, engaging learning environment for clients while building meaningful connections with their families.
