Heartland ABA is seeking individuals to provide one-on-one Applied Behavior Analysis services to children with autism in clients' homes and community settings. We offer in-house training to help eligible candidates earn their RBT certification before starting services, with ongoing support from a dedicated clinical team.

Responsibilities:

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients using evidence-based interventions that promote independence and positive behavior.
• Serve as an integral member of our clinical team by directly implementing individualized skill-building programs and care plans.
• Accurately collect and record session data using electronic devices.
• Foster a positive, engaging learning environment for clients while building meaningful connections with their families.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Willingness to learn and a passion for making a difference in the lives of children with Autism.
• Patience, compassion, and the ability to remain calm in challenging situations.
• Candidates must successfully obtain their Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification before providing services. We provide the training and support needed to earn your certification.
