Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 1 year of experience in Mental health in an acute hospital setting.
• Certification as Therapeutic Recreation Specialist upon hire.
• Basic Life Support - CPR upon hire.

Responsibilities

• Completes position responsibilities following established guidelines & protocols within the appropriate time frame.
• Completes work within an acceptable time frame, avoiding incidental overtime.
• Demonstrates the ability to set priorities and optimally use work time.
• Ensures accuracy and completeness in job tasks.
• Demonstrates the ability to perform work in an accurate and timely manner in periods of increased workload and high stress.
• Demonstrates good judgement in handling situations not covered by written or verbal instructions.

*Pay Range*

$32.32 - $48.07 /hour
