Job summary

Pilsen Wellness Center is seeking a Certified Recovery Support Specialist to help implement individualized service plans aimed at increasing daily living skills, economic self-sufficiency, and community integration.

The role uses lived experience to provide peer support, recovery-oriented care, and group-based psychoeducation while ensuring accurate documentation and ethical standards.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Active Driver's License is required.
• Community mental health experience is preferred.
• Cultural humility and the ability to build trust with diverse populations.
• Strong documentation and collaboration skills are essential.

3 day/week (Monday - Friday) 9:00AM - 5:00PM

Job Summary

Pilsen Wellness Center is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Certified Recovery Support Specialist to participate in the implementation of the individual’s service plan, specifically designed to increase an individual’s skills in independence in daily living, economic self-sufficiency and community integration.

Responsibilities

• Provides crisis intervention and de-escalation support as needed


• Uses lived experience to deliver peer support, encouragement, and recovery-oriented care


• Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation


• Facilitates structured therapeutic and psychoeducational groups


• Assists participants in accessing services identified in their treatment plans


• Adhere to ethical and confidentiality standards
