Job summary

Lebanon Comprehensive Treatment Center (CTC) in Lebanon, PA, is seeking a Certified Recovery Specialist to support patients in an outpatient MAT OTP program. This clinical role emphasizes developing, implementing, and evaluating patient care plans within a multidisciplinary team.

The position involves coordinating care, collecting and relaying clinical data, and ensuring effective communication between treatment teams and insurers while supporting case management and discharge planning as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Counseling or related Human Service field.
• 1-2 years of experience working in behavioral health setting.
• Certified Recovery Specialist certification (CRS) required.

Responsibilities

• Provides quality care through developing, implementing, managing and evaluating patient care plans.
• Collects clinical data, correlates this clinical data, and provides clinical input to the treatment team.
• Conveys medical criteria and clinical information between the insurance provider and treatment team as warranted.
• May also correlate clinical data for the business office as required.
• Providing case management and care coordination services for patients in the clinic.
• Responsible for coordinating the continuum of care activities for assigned patients and ensuring optimum utilization of resources, service delivery, and compliance with external agencies and referral sources requirements.
• May also be responsible for conducting individual, and family educational sessions, various duties related to coordinating treatment and discharge activities, as needed.
• Coordinates in a timely manner, issues or activities relevant to the team, and/or to the team’s relationship within the facility or treatment milieu; and,
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Your Job as a Certified Recovery Specialist

The Certified Recovery Specialist is a clinical professional who manages the patients' cases with a solid background of clinical knowledge and expertise and may be responsible for providing some therapeutic services to patients. The Certified Recovery Specialist provides quality care through developing, implementing, managing and evaluating patient care plans.

Your Education, Skills And Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Counseling or related Human Service field.
• 1-2 years of experience working in behavioral health setting. Experience with the population served by the clinic preferred.
• Previous experience in case management and/or utilization review preferred.
