Qualifications

• Minimum of one year experience in substance misuse and/or crisis intervention preferred.
• Knowledge of community resources and experience in researching, organizing, and recording data.

Responsibilities

• Work on a multidisciplinary overdose response team.
• Conduct home visits to provide follow-up support and education.
• Collaborate with EMS, police, and treatment facilities.
