Qualifications
Must be certified as a Recovery Support Peer Specialist in Texas or willing to be certified within 6 months of hire.
Minimum of one year experience in substance misuse and/or crisis intervention preferred.
Knowledge of community resources and experience in researching, organizing, and recording data.
Responsibilities
Work on a multidisciplinary overdose response team.
Conduct home visits to provide follow-up support and education.
Collaborate with EMS, police, and treatment facilities.
