Job summary

Chief of Staff, LLC seeks an experienced Equipment Operator to join our Indianapolis warehouse team. The role supports operations by safely operating equipment, maintaining product integrity, and keeping work areas clean.

You’ll be tested on the equipment—passing leads to continued employment; forklift-related experience (Reach Truck–Stand Up) is required and active certification is a plus. Strong safety awareness is essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1+ years’ experience in a similar warehouse role.
• Experience operating Double walkie rider and/or pallet jack; active certification is a plus.
• Ability to safely operate a Reach Truck.

Responsibilities

• Read production and delivery schedules and confer with supervisors to determine sorting and transfer procedures.
• Perform general warehouse activities such as opening containers, filling orders, assisting in inventory, and weighing materials.
• Implement scanning or other automated data entry procedures using imaging devices and document imaging software.
• Learn and follow safety regulations.
• Pack, seal, label, or affix postage to prepare materials for shipping using tools or postage meters.
• Move completed or defective products to moving equipment or loading areas.
• Move materials over short distances within the warehouse or construction site.
• Load or unload materials from pallets, skids, platforms, or other transport devices.
