Job summary

Heartland ABA in Xenia, Ohio, is seeking enthusiastic RBTs to provide one-on-one ABA services in clients' homes and community settings. You’ll join a team that values growth, with part-time hours and flexible schedules.

This role offers paid training and opportunities for career development within a supportive clinical team. RBT certification is required before starting, and training will be provided to new hires.

What You'll Do

Provide one-on-one ABA services, using evidence-based interventions to support independence and positive behavior.

Be a key part of our clinical team, directly implementing skill-building and care plans.

Accurately record session data using electronic devices.

Create a positive learning environment for clients and build genuine connections with families.

What You'll Bring

High school diploma or equivalent.

A willingness to learn and a passion for making a difference for children with Autism.

Patience, compassion, and a calm presence — even in challenging moments.

RBT certification (required before starting).
