Job Description

Knowledge Management, Inc. is seeking CPA candidates with experience working in a government environment and specific experience with the Navy Working Capital Fund.

Key Responsibilities

1. Supporting Headquarters Marine Corps Financial Improvement & Audit Readiness (FIAR) initiative to ensure clean audits of Marine Corps financial systems.
2. Supporting the alignment of financial & logistics policies to support clean audit opinions
3. Leading and supporting the execution of audit events, Planning Teams, Working Groups, Cross Functional Teams, and staff synchronization meetings.

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in a business, finance, and/or accounting field of study
• Minimum of 15 years’ experience in finance/accounting occupations
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on military finance and/or logistics
• Current/active certification as a Certified Public Accountant

Desired Qualifications

• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a robust work environment.

Security Clearance

• Active DoD Secret security clearance required.
