Responsibilities

• Assist with day-to-day accounting functions for all business entities.

• Support month-end and year-end closing processes.
• Reconcile accounts, bank statements, and financial data.
• Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow tracking.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local tax regulations.
• Prepare and review basic tax filings under supervision.
• Analyze financial information to identify trends or discrepancies.
• Collaborate with management to support financial decision-making.
• Maintain organized documentation across all companies.
• Participate in process improvements and internal control enhancements.
