Pro Fit Prosthetics and Orthotics in New Jersey is seeking a passionate Certified Prosthetist Orthotist to join our team in West Berlin. You will deliver expert prosthetic and orthotic care in a patient-focused environment, helping improve mobility and quality of life.

The role involves evaluating patients, designing and fitting devices, collaborating with physicians and therapists, and maintaining documentation in compliance with ABC/BOC and insurance requirements.

Competenze

Current ABC or BOC Certification as a Prosthetist Orthotist (CPO) required.
Master's degree in Prosthetics and Orthotics or related field preferred.
Valid state licensure in New Jersey or ability to obtain prior to start date.
Experience fitting and fabricating both upper and lower limb prostheses and orthoses.
Strong knowledge of billing and insurance documentation processes.

Mansioni

Evaluate, assess, and treat patients requiring prosthetic and/or orthotic devices.
Design, fabricate, fit, and adjust custom prostheses and orthoses.
Develop and document comprehensive patient care plans in compliance with clinical and regulatory standards.
Collaborate with physicians, physical therapists, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care.
Provide patient education and training on the proper use and maintenance of devices.
Maintain accurate patient records and documentation in accordance with ABC/BOC and insurance requirements.
Stay current with advancements in prosthetic and orthotic technology, materials, and techniques.
