Looking for something new, something more interesting? Searching for a place you and your expertise are valued? Then look no further, this is your sign!

Streamline O+P is looking for a motivated clinician who excels in a fast-paced environment. Our clinicians work side by side with the Washington University School of Medicine Departments of Orthopedic and Neurosurgery at Barnes Jewish and Children’s Hospitals in Saint Louis, Missouri.

Streamline O+P is not like anything you have seen! Streamline practitioners’ partner with the Level I trauma MDs to create custom devices for unique and specific surgeries not done anywhere else in the country. Custom devices for adult and pediatric patients are built on site using non-contact 3D optical scanners to capture our patient's shape which has proven to be much faster and provide greater accuracy than plaster casts. Using computer-based 3D design software tools that allow for quick application of anatomical corrections to the scanned shape we can create the desired custom form. Our O+P design specific 3 axis high- speed carver automatically machines a precise, lightweight foam mold to provide a highly customized fit for our devices.

We offer an onsite fabrication facility which fosters routine opportunity to collaborate with our fabrication staff offering an efficient and high-quality outcome for our patients.

In addition to our complex, acute care patients, our pediatric population continues to grow at an exponential rate! Working with Missouri First Steps Program, we have been successfully transitioning our patients to school based programs and outpatient clinics and providing custom orthotics as they grow and progress toward their functional mobility goals across the continuum of care. Strategically positioned in midtown Saint Louis, just blocks from Barnes Jewish, Children’s and Saint Louis University Hospitals, our office provides a modern and welcoming environment to our patients and staff. We are the first in the area to provide a therapy dog for our patients and families. Sulley is a welcoming sight to many of our patients who just need the unconditional love of a dog to calm their senses.

We are a niche company within the O&P industry providing premier quality custom products coupled with excellent customer service which results in continued growth of our patient population. Streamline is looking to find the practitioner who wants to join our team and continue to develop our prosthetic referral base while seeing challenging orthotic patients that have you tapping into your creative clinical skills.

If you are looking to establish and grow a prosthetic patient base while leveraging the existing orthotic population and state of the art technology that we possess, look no further! We hope you are that someone we have been searching for to be a part of our carefully designed collaborative approach to patient care.

We offer a competitive salary and benefits package with bonus structure and 401K investment opportunities as well as individualized financial planning with Undivided Wealth certified financial planners.
