The Surgical Clinic, Middle Tennessee’s premier multi-specialty surgical practice, seeks a Certified Prosthetic Assistant to support the Certified Prosthetist in patient care. You will assist with fabrication, repairs, and maintenance of prosthetic devices to ensure fit, function, and cosmesis.

A Certified Prosthetic Assistant supports the Certified Prosthetist in providing comprehensive prosthetic patient care. Under the guidance and Indirect Supervision of the Certified Prosthetist, assistants may perform prosthetic procedures and related tasks in the management of patient care. This includes fabrication, repairs, and maintenance of devices to provide maximum fit, function and cosmesis that reflect the level of education and training received.
