Experience as a Process Server or in law enforcement is desirable.

Qualifications

• Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license are mandatory.
• Active auto insurance is required.
• Experienced Process Servers must have current judge-signed court appointments.

Responsibilities

• Make diligent service attempts up to 4 times at varied times.
• Activate cases within 24 hours of receiving documents.
• Sign and notarize affidavits within 48 hours of service.
