A leading legal support services firm is seeking Certified Private Process Servers in Sarasota, FL. This role is for a 1099 independent contractor with weekly compensation based on completed jobs. Responsibilities include making diligent service attempts, activating cases promptly, and notarizing affidavits. Ideal candidates are detail-oriented, possess reliable transportation, and have strong communication skills. Experience as a licensed private investigator or process server, or in law enforcement is highly valued.

Qualifications

• Reliable transportation is a must.
• A valid driver's license is required.
• Smartphone must be able to run mobile applications.

Responsibilities

• Make diligent service attempts, up to 4 attempts at varied times.
• Activate cases within 24 hours of receiving documents.
• Sign and notarize affidavits within 48 hours of service completion.
