Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs)

Amsterdam Nursing Home is actively hiring LPN Team Members for all shifts at our Skilled Nursing Facility in New York City.

The base rate is $35.38 with an additional 10% shift differential for evening and night shifts.

Non-Union rate is $45/hr.

We recently increased our rates!

New grads are welcome!

We are now hiring straight to the union.

Duties include:

• Collecting required information from new residents for admission
• Recording health details of residents, including vitals and temperature
• Administering medications and injections as needed
• Treating and dressing wounds and bedsores
• Supervising Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) may be required
• Assisting residents with dressing and personal hygiene
• Monitoring residents' food and liquid intake and output

REQUIREMENTS:

• Ability to work as part of a team
• Valid NY State LPN license
• Good standing with State Registry
