Fortis Industries, Inc. DBA - LTS, Inc. is seeking a reliable Certified Pool Operator (CPO) to join our team on a part-time basis. The ideal candidate will hold a current CPO certificate and have experience maintaining commercial pools to ensure safety and compliance.

Responsibilities include inspections, water chemistry, equipment maintenance, logs, and ensuring all health and safety standards are met. The role requires independence, a valid driver's license, and ability to lift up to 50 pounds.

Qualifications

• Current Certified Pool Operator (CPO) certification required.
• Previous commercial pool maintenance experience preferred.
• Knowledge of pool equipment, water chemistry, and industry best practices.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
• Valid driver's license with reliable transportation preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.

• Perform routine inspections and maintenance of commercial swimming pools and spa systems.
• Test and balance pool water chemistry.
• Maintain proper chemical levels and accurately document readings.
• Clean skimmers, baskets, filters, pumps, and other pool equipment.
• Identify and report equipment issues or needed repairs.
• Maintain accurate service logs and maintenance records.
• Ensure all pools meet local, state, and facility safety standards.
• Respond promptly to maintenance issues as needed.

Pay Range $22.47 per hour + $5.55 per hour Health and Welfare up to 40 hours per week (These monies are used for your benefits)
