PRN/Per Diem positions available covering Bay County. Trilogy Home Healthcare is experiencing significant growth, covering over 42 counties with 11 branch offices, serving between 200 and 1000+ patients. We value compassion, teamwork, and excellence in patient care.

Responsibilities

• Administer physical therapy to patients in their homes according to physician’s orders and plan of care.
• Work under the supervision of a Registered Physical Therapist (PT).
• Provide quality care aimed at returning individuals to their optimum and productive levels within their capabilities.

Qualifications

• Current FL Licensed Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA).
• Minimum of one year experience; home health experience preferred.
• Ability to exercise initiative and independent judgment.
• Strong commitment to patient satisfaction and teamwork.
