Job summary

Step Up Rehab is seeking a PRN Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) for our Stuart SNF. Provide skilled PTA therapy to residents and support recovery and independence within a dedicated therapy gym.

You will work within an interdisciplinary team to improve safety, function, and quality of life, with a flexible PRN schedule in a modern facility.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited PTA program.
• Active Florida PTA license (or license-eligible) required.
• SNF or post-acute experience preferred.
• Net Health documentation knowledge preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled PTA-related therapy services to residents in a SNF.
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to improve safety, function and quality of life.

Work inside the dedicated therapy gym within this skilled nursing facility, helping residents regain function and independence through skilled, compassionate care.

This position is exclusively for professionals licensed in the state of Florida as a SLP. All services are provided in a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF).
