Step Up Rehab is seeking a PRN Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) for our Stuart facility to support Skilled Nursing Facility residents. You will provide skilled PTA-based therapy in a dedicated therapy gym, collaborating with an interdisciplinary team to help residents regain function and independence.

Ideal candidates hold an accredited PTA degree and an active Florida PTA license (or eligibility). Prior SNF or post-acute experience is preferred, with competitive pay and a flexible PRN

• Graduate PTA program completion.
• Active Florida PTA license or eligibility required.
• SNF or post-acute experience preferred (not required).

Work inside the dedicated therapy gym within this skilled nursing facility, helping residents regain function and independence through skilled, compassionate care.

This position is exclusively for professionals licensed in the state of Florida as a SLP. All services are provided in a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF).
