Solaris HealthCare Merritt Island is seeking a licensed Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) for a Skilled Nursing Facility role. Join Step Up Rehab as the in-house therapy provider and help residents regain function and independence in a dedicated therapy gym.

Competitive pay $28–$38 per hour, schedule options, $5,000 sign-on bonus, full-time benefits including 401(k) match, PTO, medical/dental/vision, life insurance, and daily pay option.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited PTA program.
• Active Florida PTA license (or license-eligible) required.
• SNF or post-acute experience preferred.
• Net Health knowledge preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled PTA-related therapy services to residents in a Skilled Nursing Facility while collaborating with the interdisciplinary team to improve safety, function, and quality of life.
• Work inside the dedicated therapy gym within the SNF, helping residents regain function and independence through skilled, compassionate care.
