Job summary

Step Up Rehab is seeking a licensed Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) to join our team at Solaris HealthCare Merritt Island. This SNF role offers a $5,000 sign-on bonus and a competitive hourly pay range of $28–$38 depending on experience.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited PTA program.
• Active Florida PTA license (or license-eligible) required.
• SNF or post-acute experience preferred.
• Net Health knowledge preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled PTA services to residents in a Skilled Nursing Facility.
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to improve safety, function, and quality of life.

This position is exclusively for professionals licensed in the state of Florida as a PTA. All services are provided in a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF).
