Step Up Century is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to provide skilled therapy in a dedicated SNF setting. You will work in a modern rehab gym, supporting residents to regain function and independence, under interdisciplinary supervision.

This role emphasizes compassionate care, realistic caseloads, and collaborative practice with clinicians to maximize outcomes for residents.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited PTA program required.
• Active Florida PTA license or eligibility to obtain one.
• SNF or post-acute experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled PTA-related therapy services to residents in a SNF.
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to improve safety, function and quality of life.
• Maintain professional licensure and documentation per facility standards.

This position is exclusively for professionals licensed in the state of Florida as a SLP. All services are provided in a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF).
