Tender Touch Rehab Services is seeking a compassionate Certified Physical Therapist Assistant to join our Healthcare & Medical Services team in Tallahassee, FL. You will implement PT treatment plans focused on mobility, function, safety and quality of life.

Responsibilities include therapeutic exercise, gait and balance training, functional activities, accurate EMR documentation, and education for patients and caregivers.

Qualifications

• Must hold valid PTA certification.
• Experience providing therapy in skilled nursing or long-term care settings is a plus.
• Ability to collaborate with a multidisciplinary team.

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized PT-related therapy to residents.
• Implement treatment plans to improve mobility, function and safety.
• Conduct gait and balance training and therapeutic exercises.
• Maintain accurate EMR documentation and patient records.
