Tender Touch Rehab Services in Cranbury, NJ is seeking a Physical Therapist Assistant to join as a full-time member of our growing team. You will provide PTA services under the supervision of a licensed PT, evaluating patients and coordinating care in SNF/Long-Term Care settings.

Qualifications

• Must be licensed Physical Therapist Assistant to apply.
• Must have an Associate’s degree from an APTA-accredited PTA program.
• Current PTA license in the state of practice is required.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsabilités

• Provide physical therapy treatments under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist.
• Assist in identifying appropriate patients for therapy and coordinate with the PT for evaluation and referral.
• Collaborate with team to ensure quality outcomes.
• Maintain documentation to meet regulatory requirements.
• Ensure all physician orders are obtained and up to date.
