Position Overview: Collects blood specimens, handles and processes specimens for laboratory testing, interacts with diverse patients, and completes related tasks including documentation, equipment operation, and adherence to safety regulations.

Minimum Qualifications:

• HS Diploma or GED
• CA Licensed Certified Phlebotomy Technician (CPT) I or II
• 1 year relevant experience

Skills and Knowledge: Knowledge of laboratory testing procedures, specimen collection, patient interaction, workflow management, and compliance with regulations. Ability to organize tasks, communicate effectively, and solve problems.

Work Details: Varied shifts, per diem/casual schedule, one weekend shift/month, no benefits, non-exempt status.

Pay Range: $30.31 to $37.89/hour, varies by location and experience.
