Responsibilities

• Provide the technical knowledge and judgment to support Sharp HealthCare's mission and laboratory services.
• Operate and maintain equipment per manufacturer and training instructions, and document issues.
• Manage inventory, track expirations and alert ordering when shortages are likely.
• Ensure QA standards are met and participate in continuous improvement activities.
• Perform specimen collection, processing and assist with analytical procedures under supervision.
