Qualifications

• Phlebotomy certification from an accredited agency.
• Completion of an approved phlebotomy training course (or equivalent).
• AHA CPR/BLS certification.
• 1 year of patient service/phlebotomy experience within the last 3 years.
• 2-3 years phlebotomist experience in acute care preferred.
• No sponsorship available.

Responsibilities

• Perform drug and alcohol screening collections (urine and other specimens) with proper chain of custody.
• Identify daily draws using Oasis system and update records; manage collection area cleanliness.
• Assist with shift transition and ensure accurate documentation and labeling.
• Provide professional service while maintaining privacy and confidentiality.
