Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Support company health and wellness initiatives.
• Understand and adhere to HIPAA regulations and policies.
• Maintain a current national/state registration, certification, or license.
• Assist pharmacist in all responsibilities except those requiring a pharmacist’s professional judgement.
• Provide stellar customer experience while completing reception, data entry, adjudication, and dispensing steps.
• Support coaching and training of clerks/technicians.
• Compound medications according to regulations.
• Perform post fill audits to verify prescription information matches records.
• Support non-dispensing services through various platforms and tools.
• Complete CLIA-waived screenings in line with laws and policies.
• Provide additional health and wellness services as allowed by regulations.
• Comply with sanitation and safety regulations and report unsafe conditions.
