Responsabilidades

• Support health and wellness initiatives.
• Adhere to HIPAA regulations and policies.
• Maintain current registration, certification, or license as required by state.
• Assist pharmacist in responsibilities not requiring professional judgement.
• Provide stellar customer experience through reception, data entry, adjudication, and dispensing steps.
• Support coaching/training of clerks/technicians.
• Compound medications per state regulations.
• Perform post-fill audits to verify prescription details in the system.
• Support non-dispensing services via platforms and applications.
• Complete CLIA-waived screenings per state and federal law and policies.
• Provide additional health and wellness services as allowed by regulations.
• Comply with sanitation and safety regulations and report unsafe conditions.
