• Successful completion of the Course Work and Examination for Certification from PTCB or ICPT.
• Receive oral prescriptions from prescribers if allowed by State Regulation.
• Provide efficient and courteous service to customers at all times.
• Answer telephone and handle non-expert questions.
• Gather information needed to prepare prescriptions.
• Record information before prescriptions can be dispensed.
• Stock over-the-counter products.
• Assist in preparing insurance claims.
• Maintain cleanliness of work area.
