Job summary

Walgreens is seeking a Customer Experience professional in Rochester Hills, MI to greet customers, answer questions, and help with products and services to ensure a positive experience.

Under supervision by the pharmacist, you will assist in pharmacy operations, enter patient data, fill prescriptions, manage inventory, and support the Pharmacy Manager and Store Manager in daily tasks. English fluency and a flexible schedule are required.

Qualifications

• Fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.
• Willing to work flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.
• Six months of retail experience preferred.
• PTCB certification preferred.
• Prior Walgreens experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist pharmacist and Pharmacy Manager in dispensing and data entry.
• Enter patient and drug information into pharmacy systems accurately.
• Fill prescriptions by retrieving, counting and pouring medications and check for interactions.
• Handle cash register and assist customers to the OTC aisle.
• Assist with inventory management and pharmacy clerical duties.
