UNC Health in Lumberton, NC seeks a Pharmacy Technician to provide technical and operational support in the outpatient pharmacy under a licensed pharmacist. You will assist with prescription processing, medication preparation and dispensing, and patient service activities, ensuring accuracy and compliance with state and federal regulations.

Responsibilities include inventory management, resolving third-party claims, and adhering to North Carolina Board of Pharmacy rules.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Current Registration with the North Carolina Board of Pharmacy (NCBOP) within 30 days of employment or enrolled in Pharmacy School
• CPhT from PTCB or enrolled in Pharmacy School
• 1 year prior pharmacy technician experience

Responsabilités

• Provide technical and operational support to outpatient pharmacy under supervision.
• Process prescriptions accurately and prepare/dispense medications.
• Manage inventory and resolve third-party claims.
