We have a top client in the health insurance industry who is seeking motivated employees to work as a Pharmacy Technician in a 100% remote environment.

Must be able to work a flexible schedule between the hours of Monday-Friday 8AM-9PM EST.

Job Description:

• Working within a remote contact center servicing our client's Medicare Part D members and providers.
• Handle member and provider inquiries concerning benefits and coverage determination/prior authorization requests within tight timeframes (urgent 24 hours, standard 72 hours).
• Requests are received via fax, mail, email, phone and electronic PA system.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years experience with Retail Pharmacy.
• Minimum of 2 years experience with customer/patient service.
• Strong knowledge of prescription drug names and drug classes.
• Strong computer skills and skilled in the use of Microsoft Office.
• Must be flexible, detail-oriented and have the ability to multi-task.

Preferred Requirements:

• Previous call center experience is a plus.
• Hospital or Specialty pharmacy experience is a plus.
• CMS knowledge is also a plus.

Education/Certifications:

• High school diploma or GED required.
