Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and provide prompt, courteous service.
• Assist pharmacists in dispensing prescriptions and labeling.
• Maintain accuracy of prescription processing and insurance forms.
• Prepare & file prescription documents and insurance claims.
• Manage department inventory and controlled substances procedures.
• Ensure confidentiality of customer and company information.
• Assist in scheduling and coordinating technicians.
• Support a clean, organized pharmacy environment and safety standards.
