Qualifications

• Maintain current national/state registration, certification, or licensure.
• Complete national registration, certification or licensure as required.

Responsibilities

• Understand and adhere to HIPAA regulations and company policies.
• Maintain current national/state registration, certification, or licensure.
• Assist pharmacist in responsibilities excluding those requiring a pharmacist’s professional judgement.
• Provide stellar customer experience through reception, data entry, adjudication, and product dispensing.
• Support coaching and training of clerks and technicians.
• Compound medications per state regulations.
• Perform post-fill audits to verify prescription data against computer records.
• Support non-dispensing services via platforms and applications.
• Complete CLIA-waived screenings consistent with state and federal law and company policies.
• Provide additional health and wellness services as allowed by state and regulatory bodies.
• Comply with sanitation and safety regulations and notify management of unsafe conditions.
• Comply with laws; report illegal activity (theft/robbery/fraud).
• Perform the essential job functions with or without reasonable accommodation.
