Job summary

Brookshire Brothers, Inc. in Corrigan, TX is seeking a Registered/Certified Pharmacy Technician to work under the supervision of a pharmacist and assist in delivering pharmacy services.

The role includes assisting with filling prescribed drugs, handling prescription data, stocking shelves, and processing invoices while maintaining confidentiality and OBRA 1990 compliance. This is a full‑time position, floater option may apply.

Qualifications

• Must be a registered/certified pharmacy technician with the appropriate State Board of Pharmacy.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and provide friendly, courteous service at all times.
• Assist the pharmacist with filling prescribed drugs, entering prescription data, operating the register for pharmacy sales, re-ordering medicine and supplies, stocking shelves, and other duties as assigned.
• Validate NDC numbers and process prescriptions within 48 hours of receipt, file and classify documents properly.
• Process invoices and respond to correspondence, assist in training personnel as dictated by management.
• Ensure confidentiality of pharmacy and customer records and comply with OBRA 1990.
