Job Overview

Our pharmacists build strong relationships and deliver high standards of care, offering personalized medication management for patients both in facilities and at home. We are seeking a Full-Time Nationally Certified Pharmacy Technician (CPhT /ExCPT) to ensure seamless medication delivery to nursing home facilities.

Location & Compensation

Location: On-site at our pharmacy, 155 Northboro Road, Southborough, MA.
Salary: Starting at $24/hr (dependent on experience and license type).

Schedule & Benefits

Schedule: Monday – Friday 9:00 am - 5:30 pm with rotating weekends 12:00 pm – 8:30 pm.

Key Responsibilities

• Fulfill daily medication orders accurately under pharmacist guidance
• Assist in prepacking, labeling, and proper storage of medications
• Package materials ensuring quality standards
• Retrieve medications accurately and maintain inventory levels
• Label medication packaging and conduct product scans for accuracy
• Monitor for irregularities and notify pharmacists
• Maintain organized workstations and replenish stock
• Adhere to confidentiality, HIPAA, and safety regulations
• Commit to a full-time schedule of 40 hours/week

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED
• Proven experience as a pharmacy technician
• Valid CPhT / ExCPT license and MA Registered Pharmacy Technician license (in good standing)
