Responsibilities

1. Assist the pharmacist, under supervision, in pharmacy practice in accordance with regulations and company policies.
2. Use pharmacy systems to obtain patient and drug information, process prescriptions, and coach other pharmacy staff if PTCB certified.
3. Deliver excellent customer service by greeting customers, resolving issues, and building relationships.
4. Perform pharmacy duties such as entering data, filling prescriptions, verifying medications, and managing inventory under supervision.
5. Report errors and adhere to dispensing policies.
6. Handle sales transactions and assist customers in locating products.
7. Support clinical services, outreach, and maintain a clean, stocked pharmacy environment.
8. Maintain certifications, participate in training, and stay updated on healthcare developments.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English (excluding Puerto Rico).
• Willing to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
• Preferred: 6 months retail experience, prior Walgreens experience, good math and computer skills, knowledge of inventory control, PTCB certification.
