Job summary

Hematology-Oncology Associates of the Treasure Coast (HOATC) seeks a full-time Certified Pharmacy Technician to join its dispersed Dispensary team across four Florida locations. The role trains at Stuart and then rotates among Port Saint Lucie, Port St.

Lucie, Fort Pierce, and Stuart facilities. Responsibilities include dispensing prescriptions, generating reports, managing inventory, data entry, and ensuring a clean, compliant pharmacy environment.

Qualifications

• Must be a licensed RPhT in Florida.
• CPhT certification preferred.
• QS1 experience is a plus.
• IKnowMed Gen2 or any EMR experience is a plus.
• CoverMyMeds experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Receive and dispense prescription requests from within the practice in a timely and safe manner; conduct monetary transactions.
• Generate, analyze, and interpret various dispensary related reports.
• Maintain daily and monthly reports.
• Responsible for medication and various other dispensary related inventory supplies.
• Helps maintain an orderly, clean environment including cleanliness of pharmacy stock and supplies.
• Enters data into the computer system, recording prescriptions, purchase orders, stock orders, requisitions, and disbursements.
• Removes unneeded or outdated drugs from stock and prepares for return or disposal.
