Job summary

SGS Consulting is seeking a Pharmacy Technician to join a role that may involve multiple queues and databases to resolve issues. The position includes extensive phone interactions with members and possibly prescribers, acting as the first point of contact for Customer Care before pharmacist involvement.

Possibility to Work from Home depending on site location and performance. Texas Pharmacy Technician license or trainee license in good standing is REQUIRED, along with a verifiable high school

Qualifications

• Verifiable High School diploma or GED is required with TEXAS PHARM TECH LICENSE or trainee license in good standing REQUIRED

Responsibilities

• Handle multiple queues and databases to resolve issues.
• Extensive phone interactions with members and possibly prescribers.
• Serve as initial contact for Customer Care and Members before Pharmacist involvement for clinical issues.

Job Responsibilities:

• This position may work in multiple types of queues and databases to resolve issues. This position also involves extensive phone interactions with member and possibly Prescribers as well. Techs will serve as the initial point of contact for Customer Care and Members before the required Pharmacist involvement for all clinical issues/questions. This position may have the ability to Work from Home, depending on several factors including site location, employee performance, department need, as well as other criteria.

Skills:

• Customer services or call center experience is PREFERRED

Education/Experience:

• Verifiable High School diploma or GED is required with TEXAS PHARM TECH LICENSE or trainee license in good standing REQUIRED
