• Assist the pharmacist under direct supervision in the practice of pharmacy and in Walgreens policy-adherent duties.
• Use pharmacy systems to obtain patient and drug information and process prescriptions; coach staff if certified.
• Provide a distinctive and delightful customer experience.
• Engage customers and patients, resolve issues and answer questions to ensure positive experience.
• Support pharmacy workflow, inventory management and clerical tasks as directed by management.
