Responsibilities

• Provide Member service by acknowledging the Member, identifying their needs, assisting with purchasing decisions, locating merchandise, resolving issues and concerns.
• Operate hardware such as cash registers or related equipment and process member purchases, payments, returns, refunds and exchanges.
• Provide Pharmacy products and services by assisting with prescription and OTC orders and purchases, stocking and securing supplies.
• Stock and organize the Pharmacy area and complete paperwork logs and required documentation.
• Complete work assignments by using policies and resources, collaborating with managers, coworkers, customers and partners.
• Adhere to Open Door Policy, Walmart values, integrity, ethics and comply with company standards.
• Serve customers and members by delivering results, putting the customer first and balancing short and long-term priorities.
• Support benefits programs and opportunities like Live Better U and associated wellness initiatives.
