Responsibilities

• Provides member service by acknowledging the member, identifying needs, assisting with purchasing decisions, locating merchandise, resolving issues and concerns.
• Operates cash registers or related equipment and processes member purchases, assists in payments, returns, refunds and exchanges.
• Provides Pharmacy products and services by assisting with processing prescription and OTC orders and purchases, stocking and securing supplies, and maintaining documentation.
• Receives and stocks merchandise in the Pharmacy area and maintains the Pharmacy area following procedures, using equipment appropriately, and logging paperwork.
