• Provides Member service by acknowledging the Member identifying their needs assisting with purchasing decisions locating merchandise resolving issues and concerns and promoting the Companys products and services

Responsibilities

• Operates hardware such as cash registers or related equipment processes member purchases and assists in payments returns refunds and exchanges
• Provides Pharmacy products and services to Members in accordance with Company policies and procedures by assisting with processing prescription and OTC orders and purchases
• Receives and stocks merchandise in the Pharmacy area and organizes and maintains the Pharmacy area by following Company procedures and completing paperwork logs and other required documentation
