Responsibilities

• Provide Member service by acknowledging needs and assisting with purchases and decisions.
• Process prescriptions and OTC orders, stock Pharmacy supplies, and maintain the Pharmacy area.
• Handle payments, returns, refunds and exchanges per policy and ensure paperwork is complete.
• Adhere to company policies, ethics, and Open Door policy to support a welcoming environment.
